Students are expected to complete the course within an eight or nine consecutive week period. A student who has not completed the course within a fifteen-week (110 day) period may be dropped from the course without credit. A parent will notify the school in advance of an unavoidable absence, which must be made up before a certificate of completion can be entered into the system. A student missing 3 or more of the 15 classroom sessions will be dropped from the program without refund. Not more than 2 hours of classroom and 1 hour of BTW instruction can occur on the same day.
