Amendment”) is made and entered into as of August 4, 2022 (“Effective Date”) by and between the Three Rivers Levee Improvement Authority, a joint powers agency, hereinafter known as AUTHORITY, and Foster Ranch Limited Partnership, hereinafter known as LESSEE.
