This Agreement shall supersede all prior agreements between Executive and the Company or its subsidiaries or predecessor entities (including, but not limited to Smart Sand, LLC) regarding the matters addressed herein including, but not limited to, that specific Employment Agreement between Executive and Smart Sand LLC dated July 13, 2011 (collectively the “Prior Agreements”).
