THIS CONTRACT (“Contract” or “Agreement”) is dated, made, and entered into as of the day of , 2015, by the City of Durham (“City”) Frontier Communications of the Carolinas LLC, or its Approved Assignee (“Company” or “contractor”), organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware and authorized to transact business in the State of North Carolina, and the City of Durham (the “City”), a North Carolina municipal corporation.
