This LEASE AGREEMENT (hereinafter "Lease") is made and entered into this 13th day of November, 2017, by and between the City of Española, a municipal corporation (hereinafter "Lessor") and The Española Valley Chamber of Commerce a non-profit organization (hereinafter "Lessee").
