This STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of October 1, 2014 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and among China Green Agriculture, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), and Tao Li, an individual citizen of the People’s Republic of China and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company (the “Purchaser”). The Company and the Purchaser shall collectively be referred to herein as the “Parties”, or each individually as a “Party”.
