This purpose may be achieved through the mutual partnership among the Council of Independent Colleges in Virginia (CICV) and Richard Bland College of The College of William and Mary (RBC), centered on coordinating transfer policies, enhancing advising, and establishing the acceptance of equivalent courses. This agreement is in support of the State Policy on Transfer. Participating member institutions of the CICV agree that RBC graduates who are accepted under the provision of the State Policy on Transfer will be designated as junior-level students.
