This First Amendment dated December 23, 2020 (“First Amendment”) is between The Huntsville City Board of Education, a political subdivision of the State of Alabama, 200 White St, Huntsville, AL 35801 ("Customer") and Fuel Education LLC, 2300 Corporate Park Drive Herndon, VA 20171 ("FuelEd") and is issued pursuant to the terms of Online Educational Products and Services Order Contract Q-68585 dated 10/1/2020 (“Order”) incorporated into the FuelEd Online Educational Products and Services Agreement Terms attached thereto as Exhibit A (the “Terms”) (the “Order” and “Terms” collectively the “Agreement”). This First Amendment makes certain changes to the Agreement. All capitalized terms not defined in this First Amendment will have the meanings assigned to them in the Order or the Terms, as applicable.
