This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered between, Jilapuhn, Inc., d/b/a Tel-America Communications (“Tel-America”), a Georgia corporation, having an office at 2459 Roosevelt Hwy., Suite A-2, Atlanta, Georgia 30337, and ALLTEL Communications Service Corporation (“ALLTEL”), a Delaware corporation, having an office at One Allied Drive, Little Rock, Arkansas, 72202, for and on behalf of the affiliated local exchange carriers identified in Attachment 1: ALLTEL Affiliated Local Exchange Carriers (collectively the Parties).
