St. Thomas University, Inc. (hereinafter the “University”), a Florida not-for-profit corporation, enters into the Catering Service Agreement (“Agreement”) with (hereinafter the “Caterer”), pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth herein of this Agreement. If, in the opinion of the University, the Caterer fails to fulfill any obligation in the Agreement, the University may cancel this Agreement by giving notice to the Caterer.
