Through voluntary partnerships, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) works with state and local governments, non-profits, utilities, and private companies to offer the Home Energy Score to homeowners nationwide. This Partnership Agreement outlines the responsibilities of DOE and the participating Partner. Additional requirements are provided in an addendum entitled “Terms of Participation.”
