demands, payments, actions, judgments, and liabilities of every kind and character whatsoever arising out of the activities of the Exhibitor, its agents, patrons, or guests in the show site. If the show site, or a portion thereof shall be damaged through the terms of this Agreement by the act, default, or negligence of the Exhibitor, its agents, patrons, or guests or any person admitted to the show site by the Exhibitor, Exhibitor shall pay to ASI, the show sponsor, the show owner, and/or the show site management, upon demand, such sums as may, in total, be necessary to restore the show site to its present condition. Exhibitor hereby assumes full responsibility for the acts and conduct of all persons acting by or for the Exhibitor.
