PINCHme.com Inc., a Delaware corporation, (the “Company”), pursuant to its 2018 Stock Incentive Plan (the “Plan”), hereby grants to the Holder listed below (“Holder”), options to purchase shares of the common stock of the Company, par value USD $0.01 per share, (“Shares”) as set forth below, subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan and this Stock Option Award Agreement (this “Award Agreement”). Unless otherwise defined herein, the terms defined in the Plan will have the same defined meanings in this Award Agreement.
