This Amendment (“Amendment”) is to the Interconnection Agreement between Qwest Corporation (“Qwest”), a Colorado corporation, and NexGen Integrated Communications, L.C. (f.k.a. NewPath Holdings, Inc.) (“CLEC” or “NexGen”). CLEC and Qwest shall be known jointly as the “Parties”.
