This Agreement is entered into among (the "Plan Sponsor") and Redhawk Wealth Advisors, Inc., a registered investment advisor ("Redhawk") and is effective (“Effective Date”). Plan Sponsor, being duly authorized, hereby agrees to employ and retain Redhawk to act as the investment manager for the Plan in accordance with the following terms and conditions (the "Agreement").
