This agreement shall be considered an Addendum to the purchase contract on the above property. In any conflicts between the terms of this agreement and the purchase contract, the terms of this agreement shall prevail. This agreement is solely for the purpose of allowing the Buyer to take possession of the premises prior to the close of escrow.
