These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement (the “Agreement”) between you (also referred to herein as “You”, “Your” “Yourself” or “User”) and Sacramento Kings Limited Partnership (“Kings” “We” or “Us”), governing Your purchase of NFTs on the sale platform (the “Company”) as part of the Sacramento Kings NFT Collection. BY PURCHASING A LICENSED NFT, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND ALL OF THE TERMS INCORPORATED HEREIN (the “Terms of Service”). If You do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, as well as the Company Terms of Service, You may not purchase a Licensed NFT.
