(the “Corporation”), and the individual named in the Notice of Grant (the “Participant”), pursuant to the Arras Minerals Corp. Equity Incentive Plan (the “Plan”). Unless otherwise defined herein, the capitalized terms used in this Grant Agreement shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms under the Plan.
