This Master Subscription and Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is made on the date set forth in the Order Form (the “Effective Date”) by and between Spredfast, Inc., a Delaware corporation, headquartered at 200 W. Cesar Chavez, Suite 600, Austin, Texas 78701 on behalf of itself and any of its Affiliates (collectively, “Spredfast”), and the entity identified in the Order Form (“Customer”), individually a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”.
