This Agreement and Declaration Covenants Related to the Use of Property (Friends of the Mission—Emergency Homeless Shelter) (this “Covenant”) effective as of December 15, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and between Friends of the Mission, a California not for profit corporation (“Owner”), and the City of Woodland, a California municipal corporation (“City”).
