(“The Parent/Guardian”) and Twin City Gladiators (“The Club”), a youth hockey Organization for the 2021-2022 hockey season, which is defined as lasting from the date of signing of this agreement until May 1, 2022 (“The Season”). It is understood that the Parties intend to be legally bound by this Agreement, and that this Agreement was signed in, and is enforceable, in the State of Maine, and that all references to the Player includes males and females.
