This HashiCorp End User License Agreement is between HashiCorp, Inc., a Delaware company with its principal place of business at 101 Second Street, Suite 700, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA and the individual or entity that accepts the terms of this Agreement ("User"). The effective date of this Agreement (“Effective Date”) is the earlier of the date that User formally accepts this Agreement or first uses HashiCorp’s Software or Support.
