This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between National Everything Wholesale, 2511 S. 156th Circle, Omaha, NE 68130 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and the City of Lincoln, Lancaster County and the City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission (hereinafter “Owners”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated August 6, 2015 executed under City Executive Order No. 88492, and County Contract C-15-0380, dated August 11, 2015, and executed by the City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission, on July 14, 2015, for Janitorial and Sanitation Supplies, Equipment and Related Services, City of Tucson, AZ Contract No. 151148, which is made a part of this amendment by this reference.
