On behalf of the El Dorado Hills County Water District and Chief Johnson, I would like to submit a signed memorandum of understanding regarding the topic described above for your review and approval. Please return a signed copy of the final agreement to my attention for our use. Once fully enacted I would like to request that Deputy Director Tom Burnette and I meet to develop a transition plan between the two agencies for the items described in the agreement. The district recommends that this transition occur on or around May 1, 2021.
