THIS OPERATIONS TRANSFER AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of the day of June, 2020, by and between The County of Rock Island, Illinois, a public body corporate and politic of the State of Illinois (“Seller”), and Hope Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, LLC, an Illinois Limited Liability Company, or its permitted assignee (“New Operator”).
