This Agreement (“Agreement”) is a contract between you, PayrNet Limited (“PayrNet”), and Chipper Technologies (UK) Limited (“Chipper”) (together the “Parties”) and applies to your use of the Services. The Services are provided to you subject to this Agreement as well as our Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) which is incorporated in this Agreement by this reference.
