This settlement agreement is entered into by and among Public Service Company of New Hampshire d/b/a Eversource Energy (the “Company,” or “Eversource”), the New Hampshire Department of Energy (“DOE”), the Office of the Consumer Advocate (“OCA”), and Clean Energy New Hampshire (“CENH”) (collectively, “Settling Parties”). This settlement agreement resolves all issues among the Settling Parties pertaining to the update and revision of the Company’s current optional Residential Time of Day Rate (“R-OTOD”). The updated rate will be referred to in this settlement agreement as R-OTOD-2.
