This Agreement is entered into by the parties hereto, in order to provide orderly bargaining relations between the Company and the Union representing the Employees as defined in Section 2, below at the Company’s works, hereinafter referred to as “the works”. It is the desire of both parties to co-operate in maintaining a harmonious relationship between the Company and its’ Employees; to provide a method of amicably settling any differences or grievances concerning the general working conditions which may arise from time to time; and to eliminate interruptions of work and the interference with the efficient operation of the Company’s business.
