This AMENDED INTERCONNECTION AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made as of October 5_ , 2004April 1, 2015 (the “EFFECTIVE DATE”), by and between Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the state of New York ("Niagara Mohawk"), a New York Corporation, and General Mills Operations Inc., LLC, a Delaware corporation (organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware ("Producer"). (Collectively, Producer and Niagara Mohawk may be referred to as the "Parties" or "Party's", or individually, as a "Party.")
