I, , (the “Volunteer”) have agreed to participate in the Farmer-to-Farmer Program (the “Program”) funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development “USAID”) under a Leadership Award granted to Catholic Relief Services - United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (“CRS”). I understand that my participation in the Program will require my placement (the “Placement Country”) from , 20 through , 20 , inclusive. I understand that I am participating in the Program as a Volunteer, that I am not required to participate in the Program and that my participation is wholly voluntary. I have read and understand the Consular Information and any Public Announcement issued by the United States Department of State on or before the date of this Agreement for the Placement Country, which reminds Americans of any ongoing threats of terrorism, violence and criminal activity there.
