The Company has agreed to provide the Customer with certain online hosted services and technical support and servicing in relation to the generation and maintenance of the Customer’s library management and related systems. The systems are known as Koha, Aspen, Knowvation, CORAL, RT, Booked, DSpace, WordPress, Matamo, Metabase and related products which are to be made available to the Customer under the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
