(“The Parents”) and Sports JDM LLC dba Jr. Hawks (“The Organization”) for 2024-2025 Hockey season, which is define as lasting from the date of signing of this agreement until the completion of the USA Hockey National Tournaments (“The Season”). It is understood that the Parties intend to be legally bound by this Agreement, and that this Agreement was signed in, and is enforceable, in the State of New Hampshire, and that all references to the Player includes males and females. As a member of the Sports JDM LLC dba Jr. Hawks.
