As this Implementation Agreement is fair and reasonable, in the public interest, consistent with previously approved settlement agreements among the Parties and other market participants and, to the best of the Parties’ knowledge, unopposed, the Parties urge prompt approval by the Commission of this Implementation Agreement without condition or modification to be effective as of May 1, 2017.
