We have entered into an At Market Issuance Sales Agreement, or the sales agreement, with FBR Capital Markets & Co., or FBR, relating to shares of our common stock, par value $0.001 per share, offered by this prospectus supplement. In accordance with the terms of the sales agreement, we may offer and sell shares of our common stock having an aggregate offering price of up to $20,000,000 from time to time through FBR, acting as sales agent. Sales of the shares of common stock, if any, may be made on The NASDAQ Global Market, or NASDAQ, at market prices and such other sales as agreed upon by us and FBR.
