Contract Type FiledMay 23rd, 2024This Umbrella Agreement (hereafter referred to as the “Agreement” or “Umbrella Agreement”) shall be for the purpose of enabling NASA and Google to partner to increase opportunities for students and the general public to experience the excitement of space and inspire them to learn more about air and space and stimulate interest toward learning more about science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). The partners will leverage NASA’s compelling content and Google’s engagement with students and the general public to accomplish this goal. NASA and Google will work together on specific education and public engagement activities under this agreement through individual annexes.

Contract Type FiledFebruary 12th, 2024This Umbrella Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Umbrella Agreement") shall be for the purpose of creating a framework under which the University of Maryland and NASA can expeditiously enter into Annexes to this Umbrella Agreement to conduct collaborative research, development and testing on Hypersonic Fluid-Structure Interactions (FSI) in the Langley Aerothermodynamic Laboratory (LAL) Hypersonic Blow-Down Wind Tunnels and University of Maryland High-Temperature Ludwig Tube (HTLT).
