This Community Subscription Agreement (this “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you ("Subscriber") and NeuroSynthetica, LLC, a Washington limited liability company (“Provider”) and governs your Subscription (as defined below), effective as of the date your Subscription is accepted by Provider (the “Effective Date”). Provider and Subscriber may be referred to in this Agreement individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” Capitalized terms in this Agreement have the meaning stated in Exhibit A or elsewhere in this Agreement.
