to the City a non-exclusive permanent easement (the “Easement”) for the purpose described in Section 1.2 below, over and across those portions of the Mall Property described and depicted on Exhibit B, which are situated in the City of Edina, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota (the “Easement Premises”). Redeveloper hereby grants to the City a non-exclusive, permanent easement for vehicular and pedestrian ingress to and egress from the Easement Premises over those areas designated as “[access]” on Exhibit B. Redeveloper shall have the right from time to time and without the consent of the City, to modify the route of the ingress and egress easement granted herein, provided that any such modification shall provide the City with reasonable access to the Easement Premises and the City will be provided with reasonable prior written notice of such modification. The City will execute such amendments to this Agreement in recordable form as may be reasonably requested by Redeveloper to show
