THIS DEED OF LEASE (this “Lease”), made as of the 17th day of August, 2021 by and between Middleburg United Methodist Church (“Landlord”) and the Town of Middleburg, a municipal corporation of the Commonwealth of Virginia (“Tenant”). Landlord and Tenant are each a “Party” and are collectively referred to in this Lease as the “Parties.”
