This Good Neighbor Agreement (“Agreement” or “GNA”) is entered into as of November 17, 2012 (the “Effective Date”), between Jacksons Food Stores, Incorporated, (“Establishment”), and the Grant Park Neighborhood Association (“GPNA”). Throughout this Agreement, Licensee, the Establishment, and the GPNA are sometimes individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively as “Parties” or “the Parties.”
