The principal purpose of the Service Agreement is to set out the service and performance expectations for funding and other support provided to Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District (the Organisation), to ensure the provision of equitable, safe, high quality and human-centred healthcare services. It facilitates accountability to government and the community for service delivery and funding.
