This Class Action Settlement Agreement and Release (“Agreement” or “Settlement Agreement”), dated April 16, 2024, is made and entered into by and among Plaintiffs, for themselves individually and on behalf of the Settlement Class (as defined below), and Defendant East River Medical Imaging, P.C., (“Defendant” or “ERMI”), collectively (“the Parties”). This Settlement Agreement fully and finally resolves and settles all of Plaintiffs’ and the Settlement Class’s Released Claims, upon and subject to the terms and conditions hereof, and subject to the Court’s approval.
