This INDENTURE (this ―Indenture‖), dated as of October 1, 2010, by and between WELLS FARGO BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws to the United States (the ―Trustee‖) and STOCKTON PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY, a joint exercise of powers entity duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of California (the
