Friends of John Paul School Virtual 5K: General Release and Hold Harmless Agreement I and those others listed in my registration including minors (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Registrants”) desire to participate in the Thirst for Learning Virtual 5K on or about June 3, 2023 to June 9, 2023, (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Activities”) operated or sponsored by Friends of John Paul School (herein “FOJPS”). By clicking “AGREE”, I understand and acknowledge that FOJPS will not allow the Registrants to participate in the Activities without releasing and holding FOJPS harmless from any liability arising out of participation in the Activities. I know that running a 5K is a potentially hazardous activity, and that the Registrants should not enter and run/walk unless the Registrants are medically able and properly trained. I
