THIS TOWER REMOVAL AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of , 2019, by and between the Board of County Commissioners of Highlands County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose address is 600 South Commerce Avenue, Sebring, Florida 33870 (the “County”), Charles L. Reynolds, Jr., whose address is 521 Lake Francis Road, Lake Placid, Florida 33852 (the “Property Owner”), and Vertical Bridge Development, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, whose address is 750 Park of Commerce Drive, Suite 200, Boca Raton, Florida 33487 (the “Tower Owner/Operator”), (collectively, the “Parties” and each individually a “Party”).
