This confirmation letter ("Confirmation"), confirms the mutual understanding and agreement (“Transaction”) between ______________________ ("Seller") and Pacific Gas and Electric Company ("Buyer"), each individually a “Party” and together the "Parties", dated as of _______________ (the "Confirmation Effective Date") in which Seller agrees to provide to Buyer the right to the Product (as defined herein). This Transaction and Confirmation are being provided pursuant to and in accordance with the Edison Electric Institute (“EEI”) Master Power Purchase and Sale Agreement and Cover Sheet between the Parties, effective as of ______________________, along with any amendments and annexes, including the EEI Collateral Annex, thereto (collectively the "Master Agreement").
