This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is entered into by and between the Glenn County Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) and the Glenn County Community Action Department (CAD). This MOU defines the duties and responsibilities of the participating departments regarding services provided by the HHSA, Social Services Department (SSD) (Contractor) on behalf of CAD, for oversight of the Dos Rios Continuum of Care (CoC).
