This Hosting Contract governs your purchase and use, in any manner, of all Web site hosting services, including the Shared Hosting Services, (collectively, the "Services") as described in our hosting package, and further describes the terms and conditions that apply to such purchase and use of the Services. For the purposes of this Contract, the Hosting Services include the hosting of website(s) as well as the hosting of Sharepoint services. You must register and accept the terms of this Contract in order to use the Services. BY PURCHASING THESE SERVICES AND USING THE SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS CONTRACT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED HEREIN AS WELL AS ALL POLICIES AND GUIDELINES INCORPORATED
