This Agreement sets out the obligations of the Affiliate in acting, on the basis and within the terms and limits of this Agreement, for TradeEu. These obligations include indicatively: (a) that the Marketing Partner adheres to the Marketing and Communication Guidelines of TradeEu at all times; and (b) the limits and restrictions set on the Affiliate in executing the activities envisaged herein.
