These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are by and between Emory University, a Georgia Non-profit Corporation with offices at 201 Dowman Drive, Atlanta, GA 30322 (“Emory”), and any person or entity that uses the Software (“You”). “Software” means the iChoose Kidney software web application. By using the Software, You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of these Terms. If You do not agree, do not use the Software.
