This Subsidy Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 16th day of January, 2018 (the “Effective Date”) by and between DEERFIELD TOWNSHIP, hereinafter referred to as the “Cooperator”, and the Division of Wildlife, Department of Natural Resources, State of Ohio, with its principal office located at Fountain Square, Columbus, Ohio 43229, hereinafter referred to as the “Division”. This Agreement is hereby entered into under the authority of Section 1531.26 of the Ohio Revised Code and is made subject to the terms and conditions of the U.S. Department of the Interior, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) grants to the Division.
